A.1 - RDM requires 50% payment upfront and 50% payment on completion of the website build

A.2 - Completion is declared as when a website has been handed to the client post 1 round of edit being completed

A.3 - It is standard practice to perform 3 rounds of edits, anything beyond this can be denied by RDM. It usually isn’t, but we reserve this right for difficult circumstances 

A.4 - If a website build exceeds 3 months, full payment is required immediately



B.1 - It is a requirement that the client fill out the client onboarding survey, in full, before the website build starts

B.2 - In the event that no content is provided for your website, RDM will charge an additional content package fee

C.1 - Standard hosting with RDM is provided with 12 months of support for $430 AUD. This is for 12 months

C.2 - RDM use premium hosting, any issues that arise on the hosting side will be rectified in consultation with the hosting company, we pay for 24/7 support and can rectify issues quickly

C.3 - Our backups are held for 14 days, if your site crashes and it’s not reported to RDM within 14 days, we are not liable for the restoration



D.1 - RDM is not liable for any changes the client makes to their own website

D.2 - In the event, a client crashes their own site, RDM may charge an hourly rate ($55 Aud) to rectify the issues unless a contract is in place stating otherwise


E.1 -We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
